Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy: 

Should you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation policy will apply:

30 days or more prior to arrival: 25% of the total deposit or payment will be forfeited.
21–29 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total deposit or payment will be forfeited.
20 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total deposit or payment will be forfeited.
Exceptional circumstances: Cancellations due to valid unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may, at management's sole discretion, qualify for a partial refund or the opportunity to reschedule.


Reservation amendments:

Requests to change reservation dates are subject to availability and management approval. Date changes may not be used to avoid the cancellation policy. If a reservation is amended within the applicable cancellation period and is subsequently cancelled, the cancellation policy will be applied based on the original arrival date and original booking dates.
