Booking Terms:

A 50% deposit of the total reservation amount is required to secure and confirm your booking. Reservations will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 14 days of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

Should you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation policy will apply:

30 days or more prior to arrival: 25% of the total deposit or payment will be forfeited.
21–29 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total deposit or payment will be forfeited.
20 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total deposit or payment will be forfeited.
Exceptional circumstances: Cancellations due to valid unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may, at management's sole discretion, qualify for a partial refund or the opportunity to reschedule.


Reservation amendments: Requests to change reservation dates are subject to availability and management approval. Date changes may not be used to avoid the cancellation policy. If a reservation is amended within the applicable cancellation period and is subsequently cancelled, the cancellation policy will be applied based on the original arrival date and original booking dates.
