Lovely accommodation, cosy and well equipped. lovely garden and in walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops also craft shops. I would recommend this property, we would have loved to stay longer.

Fantastic accommodation, easy walking distance to all bars and restaurants. We absolutely loved sitting on the veranda after a long day of sightseeing. There is everything you need to be self sufficient if you wanted. Everywhere was clean and tidy when we arrived and the bed was so comfortable.

We were in town for a wedding and it was the perfect spot, wish we could have extended our stay. The house had absolutely everything that you could need, the garden was very peaceful and the interior clean and beautifully decorated. Everything in the town is walking distance as well which was lovely!

Exceptional stay @ Dove Cottage

Dove Cottage is perfectly located and within easy walking distance of Stanford’s lovely shops and restaurants. The cottage is even more beautiful than the photos online and was absolutely immaculate on arrival. Every detail of the décor has clearly been thoughtfully curated, creating a warm, elegant, and luxurious space that feels both stylish and inviting. The garden is equally charming — beautifully maintained and the perfect setting to relax and unwind. It’s clear that a great deal of care and love has gone into creating such a special place. We truly couldn’t fault a single thing and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Stanford itself is such a gem, and Dove Cottage made the experience even more memorable.

Ja, beslis. Dis in 'n stil en rustige omgewing en tog baie goed geleë t.o.v. die hoofstraat met al sy eet- en drinkplekke.

Snoesig, skoon en regtig baie oulik.

Ons het heerlik gebly en gekuier. Dis skoon, mooi, stil en regtig baie oulik ingerig. Ons sou nog vir 'n maand kon aanbly! Hulle internet is baie vinnig en gerieflik.
