A rambling, family holiday home away-from-home. A large wooden deck overlooks part of the village and the river bend below. The main living area is upstairs and consists of an open plan lounge and kitchen area with breakfast counter. The lounge is furnished comfortably and has a Queen Anne stove to keep guests warm during the winter months. The well-equipped kitchen includes gas cooker, oven, microwave and fridge / freezer. The deck sports comfortable couches as well as dining table and chairs for leisurely al fresco meals. The portable braai facilities can be used on the deck and there is a built-in braai at the back seating area. The downstairs games room has table tennis, pool table and soccer games, and the enclosed back garden has a cricket practice net and a large paved area with comfortable sun loungers. DVD player and dual feed DSTV are available, ensuring that TV can be watched upstairs and downstairs.
Bedrooms: Three bedrooms upstairs, main and second with queen sized beds, third with two singles. Downstairs bedroom has two sets of tiered bunk beds.
Bathrooms: Shower room with gas water heater. Separate toilet. Downstairs en- suite bathroom with bath. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after a swim.
Linen and towels provided, but bring own swimming towels.
Bring own DSTV smart card and decoder.
Pets allowed by prior arrangement, no smoking
