Claude‘s on Church
This is one of Stanford’s original cottages. It has been tenderly restored with shuttered windows and doors, and tastefully furnished in traditional, uncluttered style. The living area opens out onto a deep, shaded stoep with a portable braai facility. It has beautiful views across part of the village to the mountains, and is just around the corner from the river.
There is a large, open garden with ample room for play. The lounge has an open fireplace, and satellite TV. Bring own decoder and smart card. The well equipped, separate kitchen includes a dishwasher, and there is a separate laundry with washer and drier.
Bedrooms:Two double bedrooms, and a sleeper couch in the TV room
Bathrooms:Main with old fashioned Victorian bath, second with shower. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Linen and towels provided, but bring own swimming towels.
