This is one of Stanford’s original cottages. It has been tenderly restored with shuttered windows and doors, and tastefully furnished in traditional, uncluttered style. The living area opens out onto a deep, shaded stoep with a portable braai facility. It has beautiful views across part of the village to the mountains, and is just around the corner from the river.
There is a large, open garden with ample room for play. The lounge has an open fireplace and satellite TV. Bring your own decoder and smart card. The well equipped, separate kitchen includes a dishwasher and the washer and drier are housed in a separate laundry.
Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, with a sleeper couch in the TV room.
Bathrooms: Main en suite bathroom with shower, second bathroom with old fashioned Victorian bath and shower over the bath. The outdoor shower has hot and cold water.
Linen and towels provided, but bring own swimming towels.
Off street parking is provided.
