Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Please re-confirm rates when making a booking.

Reservations are confirmed on payment of a 50% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due for payment 7 days prior to arrival via bank transfer. One night bookings are to be paid in full at the time of booking.

Peak Season: 1st September - 30 April
Off Peak Season: 1st May - 31 August

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 - 21 days prior to arrival, 25% of deposit will be forfeited
• 21 - 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit will be forfeited
• 14 - 7 days prior to arrival, 75% of deposit will be forfeited
• Less than 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of deposit will be forfeited

If a cancelled reservation can be allocated to a third party, a portion of the deposit may be refunded, subject to an administration fee.
